Joy M. Collins, MBA

Joy blends over 25 years of passion in Leadership Development with a history of success in line positions in U.S. corporations, including Xerox Corporation and Hewlett-Packard.

Since 1989, she has acquired proven success in designing and teaching leadership development programs in major U.S. businesses. Joy instructs with depth of knowledge, sprinkled with wit and rich story-telling. Routinely clients tell her it is the best training of their careers.

Her additional work and experience involves:

  • Creating and facilitating diversity/inclusion initiatives,
  • Coaching leaders of all levels in the corporate and not-for-profit sector,
  • Designing and facilitating team-building and strategic planning sessions.

Her current major clients include Corning Incorporated, and ESL Federal Credit Union. Prior recent clients include the University of Rochester, Rochester Institute of Technology, Frontier Communications, County of Monroe, and the Episcopal Diocese of Rochester.

Joy Collins earned an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology, a BA in Economics from Tufts University and a Certificate in Organization Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
